Lawyer · Corporate and succession law

Law graduate with a major in Institutional Relations. He continued his education with an Executive Program at IESE Business School and a Master in M&A, Corporate Law & Finance at ISDE.

After more than twenty years in international consulting, in 2016 he joined Dextra International as a partner, heading the Strategic Consultancy division and international M&A operations. That experience in corporate transactions and complex wealth decisions is the foundation he brings to every succession matter today.

A lawyer specialising in corporate and succession law, he leads the firm's inheritance practice: disputes between heirs, forced-share claims, contested wills, partitions involving real estate and business assets, and family business succession, under both Catalan civil law and Spanish common law. Before litigating, he quantifies the client's real position, the cost of each route and the tax impact of each alternative.
